LinkedIn One Wilton Park

Project Description

This vast extension to the existing LinkedIn campus in Dublin’s Central Business District was originally developed to provide significant additional space for LinkedIn. The development spans 8 storeys with 2 basement levels. There is a 240-seat restaurant with a full kitchen located on the Lower Ground Floor, opening onto an external garden.

Each floor includes open plan workspace, meeting rooms, phone booths, breakout spaces, micro-kitchens, and IDF & MDF rooms. The upper levels incorporate terrace gardens, with the entire 8th floor dedicated to an accessible terrace garden. Basement Level -2 contains car parking, bike storage, shower and changing facilities, and extensive storage areas.

Ethos Input

Ethos were enlisted by LinkedIn to deliver the full Mechanical, Electrical and Smart Buildings input for the project. Ethos also monitored the base build to ensure that the Shell and Core was delivered to the required standards.

Ethos were also directed by LinkedIn to undertake a full design review of the basebuild systems to improve the overall Sustainability and Healthy Buildings initiatives. This resulted in various interventions being successfully implemented to achieve the desired outcomes.

Unique / Key Features

Next-generation Smart Buildings/Digital Connectivity and Sustainability initiatives have been deployed. This includes MEP Smart Connected Commissioning Strategy, LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum certification.

This project ensured that a Healthy and Environmentally comfortable building was delivered that is Sustainable/Operationally efficient, with full flexibility/adaptability of the MEP System,s including intuitive controls for the End User and FM personnel.
